3‐INFORMATION MANAGEMENT An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system has been accomplished to enable synchronized and integrated work in the yard. This software named IFS is a multi purpose system which covers all the procedures such as human resources and personnel management, accounting, stock management, purchasing as well as design and project management. Furthermore it covers a variety of modules such as document and exchange management and planned maintenance management. This system is also known as MIS (Management Information Systems) and it is aimed to acknowledge the management in all phases. (production,budget,personnel and such)
